Refund policy

F.I.L. 315 COLLECTIBLES RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At F.I.L. 315 Collectibles, we want every purchase to arrive as represented and meet the expectations established by the product listing. Because sports cards, memorabilia, autographs, and other collectibles are unique, condition-sensitive, and subject to changes in market value, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final.
F.I.L. 315 Collectibles does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, changes in market value, changes in a player's performance or popularity, perceived future value, or disagreements regarding condition characteristics that were reasonably disclosed or visible in the product listing or photographs.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the complete product listing, description, photographs, price, condition information, authentication information, and other available details before completing a purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

TRADING CARDS & COLLECTIBLES
Product photographs form part of the item description and are intended to show the actual item being offered whenever applicable. Customers should carefully review all available photographs before purchasing.
Minor condition characteristics, imperfections, manufacturing variations, print defects, surface characteristics, centering, corners, edges, or other characteristics that are reasonably visible in the photographs or disclosed in the listing are not considered undisclosed defects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, F.I.L. 315 Collectibles does not guarantee that a raw or ungraded trading card will receive any particular grade from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other grading or authentication company.
A customer's opinion regarding the potential grade of a raw card does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.

GRADED & AUTHENTICATED ITEMS
Grades, authentication determinations, autograph certifications, and similar opinions issued by third-party grading or authentication companies are the determinations of those companies.
F.I.L. 315 Collectibles does not independently guarantee or warrant the grade or authentication determination assigned by a third-party company.
An item that has been removed from, altered within, or otherwise separated from its graded or authenticated holder is not eligible for any claim or authorized return.
Authentication labels, certification labels, serial-number labels, tamper-evident materials, certificates of authenticity, and other identifying materials must remain intact.

AUTOGRAPHS & MEMORABILIA
When an autograph or piece of memorabilia includes third-party authentication or a certificate of authenticity, that information will be identified in the product listing when applicable.
Customers should review the listing and photographs carefully before purchasing. Differences in signature placement, ink flow, inscription appearance, photograph characteristics, or other features visible in the listing do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

SEALED PRODUCTS
Factory-sealed products are final sale.
F.I.L. 315 Collectibles does not guarantee the contents, condition, grading potential, value, or outcome of cards or other items contained within sealed products.
Once a sealed product has been opened, its original sealed condition has been altered and it cannot be returned.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTED ITEMS
The final-sale policy does not prevent a customer from contacting us when there is a legitimate problem with fulfillment.
If an item arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or the item received is materially different from its product listing, please contact F.I.L. 315 Collectibles at fil315collectibles@gmail.com within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Please include your order information and a description of the issue. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping container, shipping label, damage, or other relevant materials so that we can evaluate the claim.
Customers must retain the item and all original packaging, shipping materials, holders, sleeves, cases, certificates of authenticity, authentication labels, and other materials included with the shipment while the matter is being reviewed.
Claims will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the transaction and the original product listing.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If an order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please retain the complete shipping package and all packing materials.
Do not discard the shipping box, mailer, protective materials, or shipping label until F.I.L. 315 Collectibles has completed its review, as these materials may be required for a carrier or insurance claim.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not send an item back to F.I.L. 315 Collectibles without prior authorization.
If we determine that a return is appropriate, return instructions will be provided after the claim has been reviewed.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Any authorized return must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, holders, sleeves, cases, certificates of authenticity, authentication labels, and other materials included with the purchase.
Items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, removed from a graded or authenticated holder, had authentication or certification labels removed or altered, or otherwise changed from their delivered condition will not qualify for an authorized return or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
When a return is authorized because F.I.L. 315 Collectibles shipped an incorrect item, the item was materially misrepresented, or another error attributable to F.I.L. 315 Collectibles occurred, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.
Customers should not independently ship an item back before receiving those instructions.

REFUNDS
If F.I.L. 315 Collectibles authorizes a refund, the item must first be returned when requested and inspected.
Once the return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges may be refunded when the refund results from an error attributable to F.I.L. 315 Collectibles or when otherwise required by applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact F.I.L. 315 Collectibles as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request before the order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, the final-sale provisions of this policy apply.
